Use of the site

This site presents X-Tape products and takes orders: by email until online checkout opens, and on Amazon once the listings are live. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its normal operation.

Intellectual property

X-Tape™ is a trademark. All content on this site, including the X-Tape™ name and logo, product photos, and other visual material, belongs to Les produits Xtape inc. or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Patent pending

The X-Tape stud layout tape and its applicators are the subject of a patent pending application. No patent has been granted at this time.

Prices and product information

Prices shown on this site are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Until online checkout opens, an order placed with us is confirmed in writing, with its final price, before it is filled. A purchase made on Amazon takes place under Amazon’s own terms and conditions.

Once X-Tape is on Amazon, a purchase made there is a transaction between you and Amazon, governed by Amazon’s terms of sale, not by these terms of use. Online checkout on this site is not open yet; an order placed with us by email is confirmed in writing before it is filled.
