X-Tape is coming to Amazon. Once it is there, an order placed on Amazon is handled entirely by Amazon (order, payment, shipping, and return), under Amazon’s own return policy. To return or exchange an item, start your return from your Amazon account, the same way you would for any other Amazon order.

Bulk orders placed by email

For a bulk or custom order requested directly by email at info@xtapeofficial.com, the return and exchange conditions are confirmed in writing with each quote, before the order is placed. Please refer to the written confirmation you received for your specific order.

Orders placed on this site

Online checkout on this site is not open yet. Until it opens, orders are taken by email at info@xtapeofficial.com, and their return and exchange conditions are confirmed in writing, the same way as bulk orders. The return policy for online orders will be published on this page before checkout opens, and it will align with Amazon’s return policy.
